Cocktails, Community & Connections
Each November, Miami's real estate professionals, their clients and friends, network and celebrate while raising funds for local and national charitable organizations and CREW-Miami's ongoing programs. Through the generosity of the real estate community, CREW-Miami acts as a catalyst for social change to assist women and girls.
CREW-Miami is proud to be a premier contributor of the Women's Fund, supporting ongoing projects and administration, and special projects developed by the Fund and CREW-Miami.

The Fishing Tournament
CREW-Miami's fishing tournament is held each May. Joined by CREW members and friends for the awards ceremony and cocktail party, tournament participants show how to combine serious networking with serious partying by the Bay. Proceeds benefit CREW-Miami's ongoing programs and CREW Foundation, the non-profit philantropic arm of CREW Network that supports programs to advance the economic self-sufficiency of women and girls.
Through the real estate and business community's participation in this tournament, CREW-Miami has become a national leader in support of the Foundation and CREW Careers.
CREW Careers
CREW Careers is an educational and mentoring program for teenage girls designed to increase gender and ethnic diversity in the commercial real estate industry.
Due to the uniqueness of this event, CREW Careers receives local and national press coverage. Involved from the beginning as a "pilot" chapter in 2005, CREW-Miami is proud to once again conduct a six-week CREW Careers program involving students from a local high school. CREW Careers is a national program, which has grown to 26 cities in 2007.
