CREW-Miami is an association dedicated to providing a forum for professionals actively involved in the commercial real estate industry, encouraging professional interaction and networking, advancing educational opportunities, and providing a support network for commercial real estate professionals.

 

Become a Member

The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of every month to consider prospective member applications received and submitted to the Membership Committee during the prior month.  Prospective members will receive confirmation of their acceptance shortly after the Board Meeting, along with an invoice and further communication regarding payment of dues from CREW Network.  Your Membership is not complete until dues are paid.

CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP AVAILABLE:

Traditional

To qualify for traditional membership an Individual must meet the following criteria:

  1. have at least two years of experience in a qualifying field of commercial real estate
  2. be involved substantially full time in a professional position with primary responsibilities in one or more of the qualifying fields of commercial real estate
  3. must demonstrate support for CREW Miami’s statement of purpose as set forth in the bylaws
  4. must maintain the highest professional and ethical standards.

Dues: Total of $375.00 ($360.00 plus $15 application fee)

Young Professional / Associate

Same requirements as Traditional category, except less than two years of experience accepted. This category is limited to 10% of total membership.

Dues: Total of $290.00 ($275.00 plus $15 application fee)

Non Traditional

Vendor who provides real estate related products and services, with at least three years of experience in such business. This category is limited to 10% of total membership and subcategories are limited to two members in each. Please contact the Director of Membership to check on availability before applying.

Dues: Application fee for Traditional Membership plus $1,000 in sponsorship per calendar year. The initial first year sponsorship fee is payable within 30 days of application approval.

Student

An undergraduate or graduate student engaged in the field of commercial real estate. Proof of current student status together with a copy of a transcript which identifies coursework Is to be provided at the time of applicatIon for membership submitted. This category is limited to 5% of total membership.

Dues: Total of $195.00 ($180.00 plus $15 application fee)

NOTE TO VENDORS (Non-commercial-real-estate professionals):

CREW-Miami’s bylaws limit vendor members to 10% of the total membership at any given time. Vendor categories are limited to two members each, so please check on availability of openings before applying. Vendor members are required to provide $1,000 in sponsorships per calendar year, which will support Fall Connections and the annual Fishing Tournament.
