CREW-Miami is an association dedicated to providing a forum for professionals actively involved in the commercial real estate industry, encouraging professional interaction and networking, advancing educational opportunities, and providing a support network for commercial real estate professionals.
Become a Member
To qualify for membership, an individual must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Have at least two years of experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate
- Be involved substantially full time in a professional position with primary responsibilities in one or more of the qualified fields of commercial real estate
- Must demonstrate support for CREW-Miami’s statement of purpose as set forth in the bylaws
- Must maintain the highest professional and ethical standards
NOTE TO VENDORS (Non-commercial-real-estate professionals):
CREW-Miami’s bylaws limit vendor members to 10% of the total membership at any given time. Vendor categories are limited to two members each, so please check on availability of openings before applying. Vendor members are required to provide $1,000 in sponsorships per calendar year, which will support Fall Connections and the annual Fishing Tournament.

Initial membership fee is $375, which includes a one time $15 application fee. Membership fees are renewable annually on January 1. Discounts may apply for applications submitted after June 30. For details, contact Membership Director.
Membership applications will not be reviewed until payment is received. Membership does not take effect until applicants are approved by the Board of Directors. Review and approval takes up to 60 days.
There is to be a $5.00 processing fee if a potential new member pays by check.
