To qualify for membership, an individual must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • The individual must have at least two years of experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate.
  • The individual must be currently involved in a substantially full-time professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in one or more of the qualified fields of commercial real estate.
  • The individual shall demonstrate support for the CREW-Miami’s statement of purpose as set forth in the Bylaws.
  • The individual shall maintain the highest professional and ethical standards.

Application Procedure:

In order to complete the membership application, please submit payment through PayPal, fax or mail.  Your membership application will not be considered until payment is made.

 

The review and approval process takes approximately 60 days. You will be notified upon acceptance of your application.

The initial membership fee is $335 and it is renewable annually on January 1st. Discounts on membership may apply if you submit your application after June 30 or September 30. For additional information, please contact us.
