To be eligible, the applicant must be a female enrolled as a graduate student in a professional school or business school in a real estate-related field or with a concentration in real estate studies, at a university or college in South Florida, and maintain a cumulative GPA of no less than 3.0. Applicant must submit an essay/personal statement of 250-500 words, which describes her interest and expectations in pursuing a career in real-estate.
In addition to the essay described above, Applicant must submit a list of real estate-related courses taken. At least one letter of reference from a professor is required. Additional reference from the current employer, if applicable, is also encouraged. By providing a reference letter, Applicant agrees that CREW Miami may contact the person providing the reference. The applicant must commit to accepting an invitation to attend the December CREW Miami Luncheon, scheduled for December 20, 2017 (subject to change), in order to receive the scholarship award.
The applicant also understands and agrees that if selected, CREW may disclose applicant’s name and relevant information in CREW related publicity materials or events.
